Kenneth and Angus MacKenzie (Piob is Fidheall)   Pipe notation above first published in Logan 5th Collection (circa 1912). Kenneth and Angus MacKenzie learned it from a South Uist manuscript written by their ancestor, Duncan Currie. Scottish piper Robert Meldrum (1851-1941) was one of the finest players of his generation. A military man, he wasn't given the opportunity to compete as much as many other more reknowned players.
