Recorded on a 78 disc by Bill Lamey where it was played in as the final tune of a medely which included Dr, Shaw and The Breem Dog (two tunes from The Harp and Claymore Collection, 1903) (Dr. Shaw is also in Jerry Holland: The 2nd Collection. The above reel is a few years older, first published in 1887, in The Logie Collection. Skinner's original used cuts (trebles) on all the quarter notes above. Lamey did vary further by adding drones, hammer-ons and trills.
