Seudan   Miss Girdle is a pipe setting of Lady Montgomery, a much older Bb fiddle tune which over the years has been published and recorded dozens of times (for a standard set see The Skye Collection). Another different fiddle setting appears in Winston Fitzgerald's Collection in the key of C and yet another C set was recorded by Michael Anthony MacLean. As yet unpublished is another three part (third turn in B minor), Irish, key D setting played by Johnny Wilmot. The above pipe setting is transcribed from Seudan.
